The boutique hotel was born from the redevelopment of abandoned offices and consists of five suites.
Each suite is like a microcosm, with a clear stylistic identity and welcoming guests with unique atmospheres, materials, and finishes.
The walls are highly soundproofed to provide guests with greater privacy.
The materials used for the furnishings and walls range from grained woods to the most sophisticated textures, which perfectly match the fabrics and the various wallpaper patterns. Air conditioning, heating, intrusion detection systems, audio systems, and lighting are all managed via home automation to provide maximum comfort to guests.
